Underhanded business practices
The products were no better or worse than any others I have used, but the marketing is immoral! The subscription service was well hidden, so I was surprised by notice of my next shipment and the charges incurred. Although the shipment didn’t arrive for 10 days I was told it was too late to cancel it. But I did cancel my subscription and was told there would be no further shipments or charges. 6 weeks later I was notified of another shipment and more charges. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS UNDERHANDED BUSINESS. Customer service led me around in circles. Told me to ‘rest assured’ that I would eventually receive a refund, minus shipping charges. I am not resting assured as I have found them to be non transparent and really, downright dishonest in their dealings with me! Thought I could trust the brand associated with Ellen DeGeneris but apparently I was wrong!
