Do NOT trust Itemku. Their 30-day warranty is a complete joke and an excuse to protect fraudulent sellers. I bought a Mobile Legends (MLBB) account, but due to Moonton's in-game security lock system, I was forced to wait 2 months before I could safely rebind the email. This is a mandatory game feature completely out of my control. Knowing this, the seller waited exactly until the 30-day Itemku warranty ended to delete the Google Workspace custom domain email address, completely locking me out of my purchased account. When I contacted Itemku Customer Service with full proof, they completely dismissed my issue. They blamed me for not rebinding sooner, showing an absolute lack of understanding of game mechanics. Itemku's support chooses to tolerate scammers who abuse the platform's loopholes over protecting real, paying customers. They take your money and leave you to get scammed. Absolutely useless and unethical support team!

THIS RESELLING PROGRAM IS A SCAM!

I deposited funds to use their reseller program, but after the deposit I was unable to use the balance for purchases. I was told that the issue was related to their provider having insufficient balance. I have followed up multiple times, but after almost five days, the balance is still unusable. What is frustrating is that communication has been difficult, and I have not received a clear timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. For a reseller program that requires customers to deposit funds in advance, I expected more responsive customer support and clearer communication when problems occur. I hope they resolve the issue and improve their customer support, because having funds deposited but being unable to use them for several days is a serious concern for a reseller.
