Over 3 weeks and no dog. 4-5 day promise.
Contracted to transport dog from Florida to Los Angeles. Shipper picked up dog August 1, 2026. Shipper told me 4-5 days. Today it's August 23 and no dog delivered as yet. Over 3 weeks! They tracker not working, don't answer text or phone. No idea what's happening, don't even know where they are until we called police. Police wanted to talk with CitizenShipper so I asked for phone number and they said they don't operate a call center right now. What king of answer of that? Law enforcement wants to talk with this company and they hide behind AI phone service and refuse to cooperate with law enforcement. We still have no dog going on a month now.
