fantastic customer service
I am cutting a storm downed 24" dia cherry tree into a mantel for my fireplace. After nearly 2 full days of ripping timbers and planks from that tree, I am still getting large chips and almost no chain stretch. However, that is not why I am writing this review. I bought original rip chains almost a year ago, but didn't get to the project till last month. That's when I discovered I bought wrong size. Not expecting anything, I asked it was possible to return the wrong size unused chain. I received a full refund. Great product and exceptional customer service.
