Here are the major issues with the products delivered: Study Lamps (2 Units): The product was expected to be rechargeable, but it has no battery inside and requires a continuous direct USB power connection. No adapter was included, and the quality is extremely cheap. Alarm Clock: Received the wrong color (Blue instead of Pink). The size shown in the product listing (placed next to a laptop) was completely misleading compared to the tiny, palm-sized item sent. To make it worse, the alarm feature does not work at all. Horrible Customer Support: I reported all issues on the exact day of delivery (August 13, 2026) under Ticket ID: 2608131255 with photo and unboxing video proofs. Their customer support helpline never connects. They keep sending generic automated replies, asking for impossible videos (like asking for a video of a non-rechargeable lamp "not charging"). They tried to close the ticket under "No Response" despite active emails sent to them. DeoDap claims "1 Cr+ Satisfied Customers," but they provide zero accountability, misleading listings, and no proper resolution. I strongly request a full refund and return pickup for this defective order. Beware before buying from this platform!
