Absolutely amazing customer support…
Absolutely amazing customer support team. I had purchased an order for my peptides (3 pack) I first received a discount code, and got everything for a good price. Soon I had realized the address was wrong, and before it got shipped out I reached out. May I also say that they responded very quickly, unfortunately it shipped too fast so the team was unable to change the address. I reached out again and told them I wanted to make the same purchase with the same discount code. The code did not work anymore, but since they realized it wasn’t my fault they quickly accommodated the original price and they gave me a refund for the original purchase. They are very professional, and by far one of the very few that offer free shipping at a normal price, not 200+ and then get free shipping; which of course is a catch. This will be my new favorite company to purchase from. 5+ stars!!!
