Disappointed you can’t customize alerts… but impressed they made it right and quick
8/22 - Disappointed you can’t customize alerts by airline. The whole purpose of me signing up was to find Delta deals and now I have to filter through all of the other airlines. App is worthless if you’re loyal to one airline because of your status. Buyer beware 8/24 - once I followed the Rate Punk protocol they did promptly respond once I canceled and requested a refund from their 14 Day Guarantee . They didn’t make it easy to cancel like most everything else on their site but they did respond promptly and refund both tiers of my membership as promised so I will say they stand behind their guarantee. If they do decide to add an airline filter I would be inclined to rejoin.
