Cash refund received in 1 week, Thank you Airpaz
I booked a flight through Airpaz 3 days ago. It involved a lot of money online. The transaction was successful, but I did not receive my tickets. I made 2 attempts; for the second attempt, I was asked to pay another RM500.00. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, I decided to cancel the booking and requested a cash refund, submitting my request with my bank details. I could only get generic replies from the chatbot on the platform. I found their Jakarta telephone number through AI. I managed to speak to the person in charge. Today, after 1 week, I received my cash refund in full. I hope Airpaz can improve their customer service, especially when a booking is unsuccessful after payment has been made.
