Bad packing and shipping company.
Two orders from Bambu Lab have been shipped questionably. Both times shipped with YunExpress - both times there was little or no packing material in the box and the outer and inner boxes were damaged. Last time one of the items was removed from it's box and wrapped in brown paper material, and the torn box was also placed empty inside the main box. This shipment was dropped off on my porch by an unmarked box truck at 11:30 pm at night. I generally try to track my shipments because I live in an area with a high amount of porch pirates, and the tracking provided by YunExpress is cryptic and does not update the last stops until after the delivery. To summarize - the items were packed poorly, and YunExpress is not a great shipping company. Please at least provide the option to pay for a standard service like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
