I placed an order with Moderny on August 4, 2026 and paid for it in full. I have still not received my order or any proper information about its status. I have contacted Moderny several times by email, but I have received no response whatsoever. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but completely ignoring a paying customer for weeks is unacceptable. I am now forced to escalate the matter through my bank and other consumer protection channels. I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering until this issue is resolved.
