Not trustworthy
I did not find the AI experience to be that helpful and stopped using the app after a week or 2. I planned to cancel when the renewal came around. Recently they debited my account for $75 without any advance notice. I contacted them to cancel and get a refund. They replied with a list of questions such as date of original purchase, email account used, how did I sign up etc that were clearly designed to create so much of a hassle that I would give up. They didn’t need any of that info to take the payment from my account. I was also turned off when I originally signed up. That draw you in with a lower price then offer a number of add ons for additional cost. Like booking a flight on an airline website. I’m still waiting to hear back from them about the refund.
