Early communications and prompt responses
Our college freshman dropped the ball on ordering a computer. Finding the specifications and ordering was easy, and early communications regarding US versus other formats, prompt email responses, and quick processing and expedited shipping made it incredibly easy and effortless, and we received the computer just in time! Thank you!!!
