Deceptive advertising
IronPanda advertised 50% off for signing up for email and text messages. I signed up based on that offer but didn’t receive the discount. When I contacted customer service, I was told that only some customers receive it. That limitation was not disclosed in the offer I saw. I would not have provided my email and phone number had the offer been presented that way.
