I don’t like that my gender was assumed over the phone. I’m a 40 year old man that was called ma’am at least 5 times. I didn’t correct the person just to avoid the awkwardness. I looked afterwards online at the details. Why is there a parking fee and why wasn’t it mentioned? I read reviews for this hotel and now I’m nervous about my experience upcoming instead of looking forward to it
