I am 75 years old and not computer literate. The young lady was patient. She would wait until I understood what she was asking. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. She got me booked quickly and even suggested that she would get me a room on the first floor or near the elevator as I don't walk well. All this ade me feel like I was cared for and mt needs taken care of.
