Agoda’s Booking Agent So Powerful
Booked a room with free cancellation benefits. Agoda has issued me a wrong confirmation stating that is non-refundable and refused to amend. Got confirmation from hotel sowing that my booking is eligible for free cancellation. Agoda replied that its booking partner does not agree and reminds me of 100% penalty for not showing up. Is Agoda threatening me? Who is the booking partner? Why it has right to override the hotel’s confirmation?
