REDEMPTIONS CAN TAKE MONTHS!!!!!!!!
Absolutely terrible and crooked, crooked platform. I’ve won big on this site before (like $1,000) and was always paid within a week or so but not this time. I won $495 on 7/21/26 and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. My redemption can still be “cancelled” on my end/ never approved by Bankrolla. I am a VIP player. My “VIP manager” has been monitoring the process of my redemption apparently. But it truly feels like they’re playing allllllll in my face. About 10 days after I initially submitted the redemption, I got an email saying it was “cancelled due to a technical Error and to resubmit”. So I did. They keep telling me there’s nothing else I need to do on my end and to be “rest assured; my redemption is in que to be processed.” And I’ll be issued a 1099MISC for this….HA!!!!!!!!!! What a scam. When I email asking for updates, the support agents claim they are not part of the “payments team” and will never give me the contact information for the actual “payments team”. Oh and if you even TRY to open a game while your redemption is in the NEVER ENDING “pending” loop, you will get pop ups prompting you to cancel your redemption and PLAY MORE. LOL. They will not get another dime from me.
