Called for a quick check-in reservation & associate Carlos was on it in a hurry! Set up check-in process, quickly pd for a room at the hotel.in Austintown, Ohio. I went to the hotel (expecting some kind of delay or miscommunication, NONE!) & I was all set up & ready to go with the room. Took less than 8 minutes to complete process w/hotel. I even had my English Bulldog with me as my "guest". He was $15.00 extra for one night (At least I wasn't alone, right?). Only issue was that the Google ad for this hotel.sd $65.00/night. When it was all said & done, the total cost was almost exactly DOUBLE the cost advertised. From &65.00/night to final cost of $140.00/night (including my "guest" @ $15.00/night. In ending, we needed a room & we got one quickly. THANK YOU CARLOS!!
