Very disappointing experience with IGP.
Very disappointing experience with IGP. Ordered Rakhi hampers, but multiple paid items were missing from the delivery. I immediately contacted IGP and provided all requested photos, yet the resolution has been unnecessarily delayed with repeated questions and no timely action. The fault was with IGP’s fulfilment, but the customer is being made to suffer and repeatedly follow up for items already paid for. I am still being asked for more proof for 5 days. For a time-sensitive festival order, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Think twice before relying on IGP for important or time-sensitive gifts.
