I wouldnt even give them any stars!! They have sent me over 50 emails to say my order has been dispatched but not actually been delivered! I requested my goods to be delivered on a specific day and they said out the order the next day of me ordering. The perishable items were not fresh and stale! The delivery price is a joke. On one order, i attempted to cancel the order right after ordering however was told im not allowed a refund because its always beeb processed. Dont know how something can be processed in one minute. Only to then receive an email days later to say its now being processed. They wanted to give a store credit as oppose to a refund. Totally against their own refund policy. Support team do not acknowledge emails or respond. When they do respond, they just have you stuck on loop and no progress to be made. This company has been disgusting! I would refrain from using such a service. Ive taken this up with my credit card company as they are in breach of their own policies.
