Poor sales experience and communication
Although the information I found online suggested that Feiya embroidery machines may be good-quality products, my experience with the sales process was disappointing. During our initial inquiries, the communication from the sales representative felt unnecessarily rude, impatient, and unfriendly. This immediately raised concerns for us: if communication is already difficult before making a purchase, what could we expect if we later needed technical support, warranty assistance, or had a problem with the machine? For that reason, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. Based solely on my experience with their sales communication, I would not recommend moving forward with this company. Good equipment is important, but professional and respectful customer service is equally important.
