False promise of shipping timeframe
4 days ago I placed my order and paid 75.00 for NEXT DAY AIR shipping. I still have NOT received my order. It is expected to deliver here today, FOUR DAYS post order date. 3 days post shipment promise. I will change my rating if my 75.00 shipping fee is reimbursed to me. My order should have arrived on Sunday. Not Tuesday. I paid for the higher price as this was urgently needed. You have NOT honored your shipping promise of NEXT DAY AIR. Updated followup reply to your reply: I understand. Thank you for your explanation. However, your company did not state "next business day air" it stated several shipping options to choose from, about 4 or 5 options, which was actually wonderful! Standard ground, faster ground, air options too, and I selected the fastest option available, as it stated "next day air". With all the breakdowns listed as options, along with the timeframes, next day air seemed like it was actually going to be handled right then, for next day, as that was what the higher shipment rate was covering...(presumably) Not noted was 'next "business" day air'. As a courtesy, you might think about noting that for future orders, to clear up any confusion with expectations.
