I contacted Vaultek Support after the wireless Qi charger on my DS2i Smart Station stopped working. As I live in France, my safe was technically outside their US warranty coverage. Despite this, Travis and the Vaultek Support Team went above and beyond to help and offered to replace my discontinued DS2i with a brand-new NDS2i, asking me to cover only the international shipping cost.
