Care.com has helped me find awesome people that need childcare services throughout several years. The customer service center has been great! I also enjoy interviewing with families to see if we are the right fit for each other. If there was a space on the platform to rate, and or to give feedback on the families that we are employed by that would be an awesome bonus to add to the website! Having the resources to be able to share your experience with future care providers is fair game.
