I purchased my first domain on Dynadot and needed to set up a Security PIN for the first time. When I submitted my government-issued ID for verification, I was told it doesn't match the account information — without specifying what exactly doesn't match (name, date of birth, address, etc). I still have full access to the email address linked to the account and I'm replying from that same email, yet the verification process has been stuck for days with no clear resolution. I've offered additional documentation multiple times but the support responses don't clarify the actual discrepancy. This is frustrating for a first-time domain owner just trying to verify legitimate ownership of my own account and domain.
