Disappointed. 8 days to ship. Can’t return properly in the UK.
Don’t buy the onyx bracelet, it’s weak and ineffective. What was more disappointing though was the customer service provided. It took 11 days for my item to arrive, 8 days of which was the company failing to send it. When you ask to return (only 14 days to do so too) they tell you to send it to a return address in the U.S as they don’t have a UK return address. Given the price of the item I just took their 30% refund offered for me to keep the item. Deeply disappointing service. Awfully slow shipment and slow customer service. The only thing consistent about my experience with histrips has been the spam marketing emails.
