First of all, the shoes are great (I'm up to 5 pairs)! I could wear them all day and walk comfortably over a half mile to get coffee from work. Their customer service is also great. I changed my shipping address, but it didn't update on my order for some reason. When I reported it to customer service, they replaced the order for me! Fisher was helpful and I was so happy to have replacements.
