Disappointing and Expensive Credit System I am extremely disappointed with Pollo AI. I subscribed expecting to be able to create AI videos without constantly being asked to spend more money. I tried to create ONE 15-second, 1080p video from a single jewelry photograph. After choosing the appropriate settings, Pollo required 180 credits for just that one generation. I then discovered that I did not have enough credits and was immediately presented with another screen asking me to upgrade my subscription or spend more money. This is very frustrating. Paying for a subscription should provide a reasonable amount of actual use. Instead, I feel like every step leads to another credit requirement or another upgrade. The pricing and credit system should be much clearer BEFORE someone subscribes. Customers should be able to easily understand how many normal-quality videos their subscription will actually produce. For someone like me who simply wants to occasionally create short promotional videos for a small business, I find this pricing model expensive, confusing and disappointing. I will be looking for another AI video service with simpler and more transparent pricing.
