Quick, easy replacement under warranty
My husband bought me a 6 pc set in 2022 for Christmas and several of the pieces have peeling nonstick material near to top/edge. I contacted Hexclad, provided pictures, proof of purchase, and serial numbers and was quickly approved for replacement items. It took about a week for shipping, but I received them all at no cost. Very happy with Hexclad and the Lifetime Warranty!
