what customer service!, i got my order of 3 shoes in the post and all my normal size of 7.5US, the two soft bounce fits perfectly but the serpentchic was tight, that style may run small. so Ella from customer service immediately sent me an 8 at my request. And they said I did not have to send the 7.5 back, even though i was prepared for the faff lol. amazing!, and the shoes are worth it, they're so comfy and look amazing.
