Bought 6” line blower it came with ggs…
Bought 6” line blower it came with ggs controller couple weeks later I bought 2 clip fans plugged them into the ggs and a couple days later the ggs didn’t detect them or control them sp asked for pics then videos of issue evn after videos they want more videos of same problem I was told to give them 2 business days and urs been a week now with no results except asking for more pics or videos they had me plug the clip fans back into the ggs and not only did they not work they also made the blower fan not work in auto no more not to mention the 1st time I sent them videos the next day the ggs didn’t turn lights in so now it made my plants flower now. After sales never replied back but someone did with a 10$ discount to buy more of their junk when they haven’t even dealt with the junk they sold me already they asked me to verify email as if they don’t have my email on file it’s one excuse after another with this place they can sell u something real quick but if it’s broken don’t think about getting it replaced or fixed even if u tell them what’s the problem is they still don’t remedy the situation now they want serial number on fans and my email not sure how they been sending me emails if they don’t have it this company is a joke on their warranty program
