I had an excellent experience with Gadget Hyper, and I especially want to thank Emily for her amazing customer service. I was looking for some Flydigi controllers, and Emily was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled carefully. She also arranged for the controllers to be thoroughly tested before shipment and sent me test videos so I could confirm that everything was working properly before they were shipped. In the shipment the controller was very securely packaged and protected during shipping, and it works perfectly. Emily has been incredibly helpful, patient and transparent throughout the whole process. It’s rare to receive this level of personal attention and customer service when shopping online.
