I enrolled online and found it difficult to know how to get started. There was no mention of using Zoom to talk with medical consultant. Once I made contact things went smoother. Please look at your website through the eyes of a senior aged person, not a younger digital friendly client. Once I made contact and became familian with how the system works everything has been fine.
