Happy with the process, help and results
The entire process has been easy. I paid for the 1 year plan sent as a 3 month supply at a time. If I need help I login and ask and get prompt replies, and I’m not constantly bombarded with unnecessary “check-ins.” I just finished my first 3 months and I’m down 20 pounds. The initial set up and approval process takes the longest for the medication to arrive but still came within the window that was given. One week before the end of that period, I received notification to login to renew. I answered some simple follow up health questions like any changes to my original questionnaire, how my treatment is going, side effects and results. This was then reviewed by a medical professional and approved. I’ve already gotten the tracking info for my next 3 month supply and I’m excited to continue this weight loss journey.
