Shipping was fast and ordering was easy. Website was relatively easy to search and find what I needed as well. Price overall is extremely reasonable compared to OEM. It's also nice having a brand that isn't relatively known vs a lot of the third party no-name products floating around. It at least gives me the feeling I can feel comfortable and safe ordering from 8TENparts.
