Refused to refund Bought a ring and within days of receiving decided to return, first they gave an option to send return details or get a replacement. I declined the replacement then they switched up and tried to get me to keep it saying they're a small business and even after declining they refused to send the return details so we could not return it nor are we able to get our money. Buy I highly advise that you do not buy from them!
