So far one star, perhaps they can improve this since in their Germany based (Amazon) warehouse things are taking so long for the delivery cost we paid and have not gotten even a dispatched parcel or tracking number, how many weeks does it take to prepare a package?? And Amazon is always on top of their game with fast deliveries and orders. We ordered the phone because we need it, not that we will wait until Christmass. For $40 delivery, six days without even creating a tracking number is a very poor service.
