UME Travel is Awesome!
As a single parent, planning trips for 3 teenagers can be challenging. We wanted to visit Japan and Thailand, but had no idea where to start or what to do. Carrie and UME Travel made this experience incredible and beyond memorable for my family! Every day was full of activity and we were able to take advantage of every single minute on our vacation. The guides, like Cris in Tokyo, Ms. A in Bangkok, and Lisa in Phuket, were knowledgable and kind, and provided us insight on every single event we participated in. My children adored them, and were completely engaged and excited for every new day. We would have been completely lost without them. Everyone was responsive and patient, and helped us feel comfortable during our journey. That meant everything to us. The memories we created will last the rest of our lives, and I can honestly credit Carrie and UME Travel for giving me that joy I was able to share with my children. We are already planning our next adventure, and I can guarantee we will work with UME again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
