Very disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered a birthday gift for someone special and the tracking showed the order as **Delivered**, but the recipient did not receive anything. This caused unnecessary stress because the gift was time-sensitive and meant to be a birthday surprise. If an order has not actually reached the recipient, it should not be marked as delivered. I have contacted customer support and am waiting for a proper explanation and resolution. **Order #19578733** I hope IGP checks with the delivery partner, provides proof of delivery, and resolves this issue immediately.
