No customer support
No customer support. No one calls you back. My account just deactivated one day after paying $180. They need to do better! Update: After putting in my review of their poor customer support and providing my name, they cancelled my account instead of trying to fix the problem. Now I have to try and get my money back. Don't use Cerebral.
