I would give zero stars but not able to do that and leave a comment. I ordered flowers for a funeral that was out of state. Received a confirmation email that they were delivered. Unfortunately the flowers never made it to the site. When I called the national number had to go through AI bots to get to a person. After asking multiple times about the delivery, I was finally told a picture was taken where the flowers were delivered. I was not privy to this information and only given it after I declined to get off the phone until I receive that information via email - Which I never did. I was suddenly provided the tracking number for the delivery service and The photo confirmed the flowers were not delivered to the funeral location ( confirmed by other family present at funeral). I was in informed that they could not do a same-day delivery, even though their delivery contractor sent it to the wrong location. I was an offered a 30% discount and a delivery to the deceased person’s house the following day - completely inappropriate. Finally able to get a refund after not accepting this “offer”. Will not use again.
