Very helpful during the payment information and solutions to help me during this difficult time.
The representative was understanding and helpful with solutions that could help me and my family concerning our loan, while we're having difficulty with payments. Thank you Freedom Mortgage for assistance and the opportunity to resolve the issues with us.
