Product and customer warranty service is outstanding
Hi, my name is Lori and I reported a claim regarding my 3 quart pots coating on the inside rim was peeling off. I was very impressed that I received a response from John A. so quickly from customer service. I appreciate that John A. will be sending me a new pot. I also would like to express how much I enjoy cooking with this set of pots and pans. I have had them since 2020. Once again, thank you for the prompt response. Lori S.
