Disappointed
Very disappointing customer service experience. I ordered three dresses from Sunfere and experienced quality/fit issues with all three. I provided photographs, measurements, and detailed information to customer service and made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly. For the Naomi Twisted Neckline Layered Mini Dress, Sunfere acknowledged the zipper issue and offered a 100% refund, but the proposed solution required me to destroy the dress and provide video proof. I declined because I am not willing to destroy an item I purchased. I am willing to return it. For the Jessica Off Shoulder Ruffle Mini Dress and Helena Floral Lace Lantern Sleeve Mini Dress, I provided photographs and measurements regarding the issues. Sunfere did not consider the issues to be manufacturing defects and offered either a partial refund or a return at my own shipping expense. All three dresses are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags attached. I requested to return all three dresses and receive a full refund, but Sunfere has not offered prepaid return shipping. I understand that Sunfere has provided a return address. My concern is that I am being asked to pay the return shipping myself despite the issues I reported with the merchandise. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I expected a much simpler and more reasonable return and refund process.
