This company went above and beyond
This company went above and beyond to make things right. I put in an order for food that comes frozen (ordered many times before no problem) when it arrives it's stopping wet and barely cold, there's no ice packs anymore and they were leaked all over the whole inside, ruined everything. I get in touch with there team and they said no worries, toss it and a new box is on its way. And they included a gift for the inconvenience. So easy took 3 minutes. They are so nice and I have been ordering now for a while. Makes shopping easier and the food has ingredients you actually have heard of! I suggest anyone to try them, you'll be happy 😁
