Poor Customer Service
My past 3 orders have not come when promised or the colors were off. I have been a customer for many years and I faithfully only use your company, but when I have orders that I promise a specific date, I keep that promise. I placed and order on Saturday, it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, it is not Wednesday at 10pm and still no order. I understand that sometimes things get backed up but this is not a print job this is pulling shirts and putting in a box and shipping. This should not have a delay.
