I had some issues with my cookware scratching, even though I had only been using silicone utensils. I reached out to the warranty team to see if they could help resolve the issue, and I was very impressed with the experience from start to finish. Submitting a claim was easy—I simply provided a video explaining the issue, and the team got back to me the same day. They were able to replace both my pot and pan. Jericho P. was the first person I worked with, and he was fantastic—very helpful and quick to respond. I actually ended up providing the wrong size pan and had to reach back out to the warranty team. Diana C. was incredibly helpful and was able to correct the issue, even though the mistake was completely on my end.
