SLOW Shipping for Blanks
I was very pleased with the quality of the DTF's I received. However, one of the transfers arrived in the wrong color despite the fact that I edited the design with AI and requested a custom color change. I did contact customer service regarding this error, but I have not heard back. I was thrilled that the DTF's arrived so quickly. However, the blank t-shirts were a different story. They were expected to arrive on 8/26/26 at the latest, but they didn't even ship until 8/27/26 after I contacted customer service about my delayed order. The DTF's arrived on 8/25/26. My blanks are now expected to arrive on 8/28/26. As a result, I am currently in limbo and unable to complete my orders.
