There was a mistake in my original order (my fault). The Support Team at Hexclad was quick to correct my order efficiently, quickly, and professionally. I had mentioned that this was a gift for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary on Sept 27. Everyone rallied to ensure the order was both correct and right on time! She loves them.
