Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No straight reply, even if there is any reply. I am still waiting for feedback via email based on Banggood initiative. I ordered a chair which arrived without bolts and washers, I am wating since 13.08. for the replacement of the tools, the package is still not arrived. I received fake tracking number first. BTW the chair (WITHOUT BOLTS, IN NOT USABLE CONDITION) in 2 days. It's laying on the floor for 2 weeks now. This issue caused by the store which lead me absolutely bad impression. I will mind twice if I order again.
